The Customer Service Manager is responsible for managing the activities of the Customer Service team engaged in carrying out customer service activities.

* Monitors service calls to observe Representatives demeanor, technical accuracy, and conformity to company policies
* Conducts Representatives performance appraisals
* Takes corrective action to adjust customer complaints
* Answers questions about service
* Keys information into computer to compile work volume statistics for accounting purposes and to keep records of customer service requests and complaints

* Invoicing for three buildings
* Customer Service for three buildings
* Duties as dictated by the Senior Director


* Bachelor's degree from a 4 year college or university preferred
* Minimum 3 years customer service experience in a warehouse environment
* Experience with management responsibilities
* Experience using warehouse management systems and/or AS400 operating systems
* PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
